JobFlow AI
Terms of Service
These terms cover use of JobFlow AI by a service business and its staff. They describe the product as it works today, including subscriptions billed through Stripe.
Complete these details before publishing
- The legal name of the business that operates JobFlow AI
- A real contact method for privacy, support, and deletion requests
- The business location and which law applies
- Any refund policy you intend to offer
- Whether the support, phone, or uptime promises shown on the pricing page are actually offered
These are starter policies for the product as it works today. They are not legal advice.
The service
JobFlow AI is a business workspace for customers, jobs, scheduling, estimates, invoices, payments, staff accounts, and optional email, text, and AI features. The operator offering the service is [Legal entity name — complete before launch]. These starter terms are not legal advice.
Accounts
A person who creates a workspace is responsible for the account, for the staff they invite, and for the customer information they store. Staff sign in with their own account and receive a role such as owner, admin, dispatcher, technician, or viewer. Those roles limit what each person can open or change. Keep sign-in details private, and remove a staff member who should no longer have access.
The business is responsible for the accuracy of its estimates, invoices, schedules, and customer messages, including any draft produced by an AI feature.
Subscription billing and cancellation
A new company workspace starts with a 14-day trial. Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the prices shown when the business subscribes. Creating new jobs, estimates, and invoices, and starting a new invoice payment, requires an active subscription or a trial that has not ended. Viewing existing records is not blocked by that check.
When a Stripe billing account exists, the Billing page can open Stripe’s customer portal to manage the subscription, including cancellation. Cancellation stops future subscription charges according to Stripe’s billing settings. It does not, by itself, delete the workspace.
These terms do not promise a refund. Card payments and subscription invoices are processed by Stripe. If a refund will be offered, the operator must state that policy before launch: [Refund policy — complete before launch, or state that refunds are not offered].
Acceptable use
Use JobFlow AI for a lawful service business. Do not:
- Break the law or misuse someone else’s personal information.
- Try to open another company’s workspace, records, or files.
- Interfere with the service, the sign-in system, or payment processing.
- Send invitations, invoices, or reminders to people who did not ask to hear from the business, where that would violate the law that applies to you.
Customer and business content
The business keeps ownership of the customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, notes, and photos it adds. JobFlow AI may store and display that content so the product can operate, including showing an estimate or invoice to the customer it belongs to and sending a notification the business has enabled. The business is responsible for having the right to store its customers’ information and for what it asks the product to send.
Third-party services
Sign-in, data storage, file storage, card payments, subscriptions, email, text messaging, and AI features depend on outside providers. Those providers have their own terms. Email, text messaging, and AI features work only when they are configured. A card payment or subscription charge is completed by Stripe, not by storing the card in JobFlow AI. An AI response is a draft from the AI provider and can be inaccurate.
Service availability
JobFlow AI may be unavailable during outages, maintenance, or a provider failure. The product does not include a published uptime guarantee. Plan descriptions on the website mention support options. Treat those as items the operator must confirm before offering them. No support phone line, dedicated account manager, or service-level agreement is created by these starter terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to [Support contact — complete before launch]. The place of business and governing law are [Business location and governing law — complete before launch].
